Buckle up for an exciting journey in professional learning at Summer Inspire: Destination Excellence on May 28-29 from 8:30 to 4:00! This summer, we’re hitting the road toward innovation, impact, and instructional excellence. Please note: Our main location will be Shepton High School, but some sessions may be at the Plano ISD Sockwell Center.

Here are some helpful tips for navigating Sched:

You can filter for session types by using the menu bar on the right side of the screen (Elementary, GT Credit, Full-day, etc.)
Register for a session by clicking the circle icon next to the session name.
For support with Sched, check out their user guides here.
There are 80-minute and three-hour session options for each day. Participants are invited to attend as many as they wish each day.

About me

Craig McKinney is the Director of Professional Learning for PISD. Craig has been a high school teacher, an instructional specialist, and a member of the PL team during his 32 years in Plano ISD. He is the co-author of AVID Writing for Disciplinary Literacy, so he literally wrote the book about AVID's focused note-taking process and learning through writing.
